Recently completed is the Paul J. Rizzo Conference Center Building Addition, located in Chapel Hill, N.C.  The building is supplied by a Wet Pipe System, Four Dry Pipe Systems, Wet Standpipe with Roof Hydrants, and 1,134 sprinkler heads. The General Contractor was Shelco, LLC.

Under Construction is the Campbell University South Residence Hall, located in Buies Creek, North Carolina.  This building will be a multi story Student Housing building with approx. 900 sprinkler heads and an Electric Driven Fire Pump. The General Contractor for this project is T.A. Loving Company.
