Recently completed is the UNC-G Recreation Center, located in Greensboro, N.C. This multi story building was supplied with 1,750 sprinkler heads, multiple risers with Zone Control Assemblies, standpipes, and a vertical in-line fire pump. The project was a joint venture between Skanska, USA & Retenbach Constructors.

Campbell University Health Science Buildings

Recently completed in 2016 is the Campbell University Health Science Building, located in Buies Creek, N.C. These multistory buildings have over 1,200 Sprinkler Heads combined, Two Electric Fire Pumps, Multiple Floor Control Assemblies, and Wet Standpipes. The General Contractor for these projects was T.A. Loving.

Garner Magnet High School

Under construction/renovation is the Garner Magnet High School project located in Garner, North Carolina. The project will have approximately 2,200 sprinkler heads installed, and be equipped with multiple Wet System Risers, Standpipes, and a Skid Mounted Diesel Driven Fire Pump. The project General Contractor is Balfour Beatty Construction Company.

Revolution Mill, Building A is a recently completed Historical Preservation project located in Greensboro, North Carolina. The project has 1,657 sprinkler heads installed to bring the original building space up to current code for future tenant lease space. The General Contractor is C.T. Wilson.

This is a Joint Venture Project between General Contractors Clancy & Theys Construction Company and Skanska USA.

Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral

Recently completed is a student housing project and parking deck near N.C. State University, entitled Stanhope 2 ,and included the following:

6,375 Sprinkler Heads, a 500 g.p.m. Electric Fire Pump, multiple wet and dry pipe systems, a Manual Dry Standpipe, Combined Standpipe Riser with Zone Control Assemblies, and Roof Hydrants.

This project’s General Contractor was Clancy & Theys Construction Co.

Durham City Center
